Ingredients
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder - I use NOW
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons Pamela's gluten free baking mix
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
pinch of salt
Directions
mix all together, and cook like a "normal" pancake.
Add some fruit and enjoy!
